FAQs

Do you work with kids?

Each Endee Coach determines the ages they work best with. At this time, all coaches are working with adults 18+, though check back as that could change if we have a child-specific coach. We do offer caregiver coaching.

Do you have an in-person office?

We are a virtual-only practice. We believe the benefits of virtual coaching include: ability to be in your own space, scheduling support, accessibility, and comfort.

What are your fees?

Each Endee Coach sets their own fees. In general, coaching sessions begin at $120 per hour. Check out our Coaching Collective tab to learn more.

What are your credentials?

We believe that coaching is its own respected profession. We appreciate all the pathways that can lead to a coaching career, and we believe that lived experience is a very valuable tool. At this time, all Endee coaches meet one of these criteria: two or more years of experience, certified coaching credentials, or a master’s degree in a helping field.

Why coaching instead of therapy?

We don’t see this as an “either/or.” We see it as an addition to the support you’re already receiving. Therapy has limitations on what kind of support you can receive. Let’s take ADHD for example. There’s not a cure for ADHD—you can’t receive enough therapy to not have ADHD (although you can receive therapy for the anxiety, shame, etc. that comes with it). However, coaching allows for more in-the-moment, less restrictive problem-solving and action steps, to help you cope with the executive functioning concerns as they’re happening.

What if I need more support?

If you need more support than coaching can offer, we can help you go through the process of finding a therapist and receiving additional care. Once you have a therapist set up, we’re happy to schedule sessions again and work in collaboration with your therapist.
